Besides inheriting the title of being a badass Pokémon Master, two big rewards await you after you complete the Pokédex on Scarlet and Violet. One of the most important accomplishments of the game, if not the most important, is to catch every Pokémon species there is to be captured while exploring the Paldea region, inch for inch.
At the end of the game and after completing it 100% by catching all of the 400 Pokémon you encounter (400 Pokémon on Pokémon Scarlet and Violet at the time of writing this), you need to log in to your Pokédex and follow the text readings where there will be loads of congratulations and instructions about what to do next.

This is where you will find out what special gifs are on hand after achieving the exceptional feat. You will first learn that your completion mark of 400 species has been added to the Pokédex, and you will receive the first of the two prizes.
Beast Pokeball Reward
The first gift you will receive is a beast ball, and the last special ball on your volume metric for rewards. Well, that’s probably until the downloadable content is available, which there is no talk of at the moment.
Once you’ve received your new Beast Ball, you will be prompted to head back to the Academy and meet Mr Jacq in the Biology class.
Shiny Charm Reward
The next item you will obtain will be handed to you by your biology and homeroom teacher. He will give you the Shiny Charm after a lengthy discussion about how proud he is that you’ve reached the 400 milestone in the game. The Shiny Charm is essential when hunting for rare-type Shiny Pokémon.
While this is all going on, Director Clavell will meet you and Mr Jacq in the biology class and, with your Beast Ball and Shiny Charm, will hand you a diploma of completion for your efforts.
