Trainers will need the following to revert back to its 50% and 10% Formes. This will have to be done in order. So, if you have a Complete Forme, and want to get back to the 10% Forme, you will need to downgrade to the 50% first, then the 10%.

Having the option to revert Zygarde back to its previous forms is great. Because, objectively, the 10% dog form is the best. No one can deny how much of a good boy he is.
