It’s only ten bucks to buy in at the ground level for a Battle Pass in most seasonal content-driven games, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is no different. So if you want to get the absolute most out of the newly-launched Season 5, you’ll have to drop the money. That said, there’s nobody forcing you to spend money every season, and just because you might not want to pay doesn’t mean you’re locked out of absolutely everything. There’s a decent handful of free Battle Pass Rewards for Season 5, and here’s what they are.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 5 Free Battle Pass Rewards
Out of 100 Reward Tiers, players who don’t purchase the Battle Pass will still have access to 24 of them. That includes 300 CP, the premium store currency in Modern Warfare. That also includes the two new base weapons, the ISO SMG and the AN-94 assault rifle. So the two items that aren’t cosmetic are available to all players, which is good. Now, on to the list:

As you can see, there’s quite a healthy mix of content in there. You get a vehicle skin, some Blueprints, Legendary items from various categories, and you aren’t even left out of the skull party at all. Not bad for free, right?
