Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Gunfight OSP – What is It?

by Nicholas Barth

There is plenty of excitement currently brewing in the Call of Duty community thanks to the recent reveal of the new content that will be added to the title with the arrival of Season 1. One of the most significant pieces of content that will be added to the high-profile first-person shooter with Season 1 is the Gunfight OSP game mode. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know about the Gunfight OSP game mode covered for you.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Gunfight OSP

The regular Gunfight game mode that has been in the game since launch consists of four players battling each other in two teams of two on small maps. Players are assigned random loadouts and must either eliminate all of the enemy players or capture an overtime flag to win rounds and, ultimately, the match.

This upcoming OSP version operates in somewhat of a different manner. The requirements for winning the round are the same in the OSP version. However, players must find weapons that are scattered across the map instead of having a set loadout at the beginning of rounds. This battle royale looting twist brings a unique and exciting element to the adrenaline-fueled Modern Warfare game mode. Those who venture into this new variation will have to be laser-focused to have success, or they will be facing plenty of defeats in their future.
