The Victus XMR might not be the fastest sniper rifle in Warzone 2 Season 1, but it certainly has the best chance of one-shot killing an enemy player within Al Mazrah. With a full build and some special ammunition, enemies will take maximum damage without having any idea what hit them.
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to progress through the Battle Pass in Season 1 before you can start leveling your own Victus XMR. Then you’ll need to earn all the pieces for this particular build. In this guide, we’ll show you how you can build the best Warzone loadout for the Victus with all your attachments in hand.
Warzone 2 Season 1 – Best Victus XMR Loadout
Most of the attachments in this build will be standard for snipers in Al Mazrah. We want plenty of bullet velocity, damage range, and some ADS speed to ensure the weapon doesn’t move too slowly. The only difference is the explosive damage we’ll be adding as well. Below you can find all of the necessary attachments.
- Receiver: Victus XMR
- Barrel: Mack 8 33.5 Super
- Stock: XRK Rise 50
- Rear Grip: Bruen Q900 Grip
- Ammunition: .50 Cal Explosive
- Optic: SP-X 80 6.6x
Let’s start with one of the most important attachments in the Victus XMR loadout. The .50 Cal Explosive ammunition is what gives this sniper so much damage potential beyond what other rifles offer. Damage range, explosive impact, and vehicle damage are all part of the package. Just make sure to tune the ammo for more bullet velocity and range or you’ll lose some stats in the process.

Next, we want to ensure that our shots are always accurate and head down range fast. Having the Mack 8 33.5 Super barrel is a great way to capitalize on even more bullet velocity and damage range. Add on an SP-X 80 6.6x variable zoom optic, and now you’re ready to snipe at nearly any range in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.
The last two attachments for the Victus XMR are the Bruen Q900 Grip and the XRK Rise 50 stock. Both of these attachments are used for added ADS speed and increased mobility. Without these on the build, your XMR is going to move far too slowly, and you’ll feel stuck in the mud. We save that for the enemy players instead.
