Best PvE Pokemon in Pokemon GO (2023)

There is no perfect metric to measure the effectiveness of all Pokemon. There are simply too many variables. But one way to make sure you get some bang for your buck is through damage per second. As not all Trainers will have access to Mega or Shadow Pokemon, the best ordinary Pokemon in each category will also be included.
