Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game finally has a release date, and the developers have revealed a ton of new details along with new footage of the upcoming title. Here is what you’ll get for pre-ordering Avatar Legends: The Fighting, the pricing, and what comes in the deluxe edition.

Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Pricing
| Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Edition | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard Edition | $29.99 |
| Deluxe Edition | $49.99 |
Compared to most fighting games on the market, Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is essentially half the price, which makes it a very appealing purchase, especially with all the features it comes with, including rollback netcode and crossplay.
As of writing, Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is only available to pre-order on Steam. I’ll add links to the storefronts when those go live.
On Steam, it also fully supports regional pricing, meaning that, depending on Valve’s recommendations, you might see a price much lower than $30.
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Deluxe Edition
If you pre-order the deluxe edition, you will receive the following additional content:
- Digital Artbook: This includes a curated collection of hand-drawn artwork showcasing character art, stages, and more.
- Original Soundtrack: The complete original soundtrack of the title.
- Unique HUDs
- Year 1 Pass
- Includes the Year 1 Pass, adding five additional playable characters upon release.
The most notable addition in the deluxe edition is the Year 1 Pass, which will bring the base roster from 12 to 17 when it launches, and having guaranteed access to those is a pretty nice bonus. For the additional $20, this doesn’t seem like a bad deal and comes out cheaper than most character passes for other fighting games.
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game Release Date
Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and Steam on July 2nd, 2026.
Pre-orders for other platforms will likely go live after the title is rated closer to the release date. Overall, Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is shaping up to be a really strong fighting game title, and all the early decisions sound great.
