Apex Legends Loot Vault Locations Guide

by Nicholas Barth

Season 3: Meltdown brought a vast array of changes to the popular battle royale game of Apex Legends. One of the most significant changes to Apex Legends with the implementation of Season 3 was the addition of the loot vault feature. Players now can open up a loot vault at various locations on the World’s Edge map to acquire a plethora of valuable items to help them on their quest for a victory. Fortunately, we have the loot vault locations covered for you.

Apex Legends Loot Vault Locations

There are a total of three loot vault locations on the Season 3 Apex Legends map.

One of these vaults is located directly to the north of The Geyser area with another one located in the canyon passageway that is southeast of The Train Yard and northwest of the Fuel Depot. The last of the loot vault locations can be found in the canyon passageway that is southwest of Lava City.

You can find a visual representation of these three areas on the map below:

You will need to be wary of when you visit these areas. The reasoning for this cautious nature is that there are sure to be plenty of teams looking to get their hands on the essential items that the Apex Legends vaults offer. With this in mind, players can expect to face massive resistance at these vaults and will need to be prepared for a fight.

These new additions had previously been locked with a countdown timer pointing towards October 9th being the day they would finally be able to be unlocked. This has turned out to be the case, as players now can locate the keys and make their way into these Apex Legends locations.
