Now, the process of building this particular structure is not a difficult one but will take some time and persistence.

Players will need to give the infamous Tom Nook five bugs or fish to kickstart this construction process. Once you have given him the five insects or fish, Tom Nook will receive a phone call from Blathers, who will ask you to find a suitable location for his tent. This tent location is where your museum will eventually be built. Blathers will be in this tent the next day. Speak with Blathers and receive the task of collecting 15 exhibits that can be shown off. These exhibits can be fossils, fish, bugs, etc.. you find.

All that you need to do next is to speak with Blathers when you have gathered the 15 necessary exhibits and then wait. A couple of days will pass, and the museum will be open for you to use to its fullest extent.
