Animal Crossing: New Horizons | How To Get Valentine’s Day Seasonal Items

Another holiday, another opportunity to collect some fun, unique seasonal items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, some Animal Crossing: New Horizons players have been asking about what the seasonal items are, how to get them, and how long they’ll be available for.

To help answer these questions, we’ve put together a quick guide that runs through how you can get Valentine’s Day seasonal items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons | How To Get Valentine’s Day Seasonal Items

Starting February 1 and running until February 14, Animal Crossing: New Horizons will have Valentine’s Day seasonal items available for purchase.

In addition to these seasonal items for Valentine’s Day, there will also be seasonal items available like a Football Rug as part of the Big Game Celebration. 

To get seasonal items, you’ll need to either visit the Nook Stop inside the Resident Services center and use it to access Nook Shopping, or open up Nook Shopping using the app in your NookPhone.

When you’re viewing Nook Shopping, select Special Goods, then tab over to find a section where you can purchase “Seasonal” items. 

There, you’ll find Valentine’s Day items like a Chocolate Heart and Heart-Shaped Bouquet which can be purchased for 1,200 Bells each.

You’ll also see the aforementioned Football Rug available for 2,000 Bells.

Seasonal items are only available for a limited time, so if you’re going to buy them, we recommend checking the Seasonal item tab in your Nook Shopping app before the end of the day on February 14.

We also recommend checking the Seasonal item tab daily as you may see the same basic items, but you’ll find them in different colors. We were able to purchase a purple Heart-Shaped Boquet one day, and a red one the next.

If you’re looking for additional festivity, you can also purchase Festivale items like the Viva Festivale Reaction Set from Nook’s Cranny and Festivale clothing at Able Sisters during this time as well.
