There are a variety of animals that players can catch in the world of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. One kind of creature is the ant. However, there is only one way that players can find a substantial amount of ants at one time. Fortunately, we have everything you need to know to catch these critters covered for you.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons Ants
Players will find that ants are attracted to rotten food in the latest entry in the fan-favorite Nintendo franchise. All that you need to do is leave an item like fruit or a turnip on the ground and wait for a bit for it to rot. Ants will then come to get a meal from the rotten food. You can then utilize your net to catch the ants that you have attracted and add them to your inventory for use in whatever future endeavors you may have.
Time travel can also be used to help speed up the process of the rotting to help players not have to wait as long to attract a horde of these bugs for you to catch.
