The fish, bugs, and sea creatures available to Animal Crossing: New Horizons players in March will vary depending on whether the player has set up an island – the Northern or Southern Hemisphere.

Once you’ve established whether you’re in the Northern or Southern Hemisphere, you can begin to reference the list of March fish, bugs, and sea creatures to see what’s available to you.

  • Cherry Salmon (4 p.m. to 9 a.m.) – Located in River Clifftop areas, 1,000 Bells
  • Char (4 p.m. to 9 a.m.) – Located in River Clifftop areas, 3,800 Bells
  • Barred Knifejaw (All Day) – Sea, 5,000 Bells
  • Golden Trout (4 p.m. to 9 a.m.) – Located in River Clifftop areas, 15,000 Bells

Sea Creatures

  • Turban Shell (All Day) – Ocean Diving, 1,000 Bells
  • Firefly Squid (9 p.m. to 4 a.m.) – Ocean Diving, 1,400 Bells
  • Chambered Nautilus (4 p.m. to 9 a.m.) – Ocean Diving, 1,800 Bells
  • Umbrella Octopus (All Day) – Ocean Diving, 6,000 Bells
  • Spider Crab (All Day) – Ocean Diving, 12,000 Bells
