Whoever you choose is completely up to you. It just depends on who you find the most interesting and rewarding to build a relationship with. For me, that was Matthew. I always have a soft spot for the characters who are originally closed off and then over time open up and become sweethearts. He was an easy choice for me.

I hope that you are having as much of an enjoyable time playing through Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life as I am. During my time with the game, I have found a range of things that are easy to miss or are not explained. For example, feeding the dog is entirely different in this adorable remake compared to how it was in the original game.
