All of the new fantasy exhibits drop as rewards from doing expeditions in the Scorched Earth expedition map. The Scorched Earth expedition map unlocks after finishing the first act, and it should be available in all museum types.

As a tip for finding any specific fantasy exhibits, go to the Scorched Earth map and choose an expedition. Under the expedition page, you can view the possible rewards for the expedition even before you start it. Unacquired fantasy exhibits will show as “???”, but that just gives you more reason to run that expedition!
