Every Brute Wyvern Listed in Monster Hunter World

There are 12 different Brute Wyverns across Monster Hunter World and the Iceborne expansion. Five of them, including beasts like the Anjanath, are from the base game. The other seven, such as the Glavenus, are from the Iceborne expansion. Four of the beasts also happen to be more powerful variations in Master Rank, so there are really only eight unique monsters in this species. You can find the full list below.

All Brute Wyvern Monsters Listed in MHW:

  • Anjanath
  • Fulgur Anjanath (Iceborne)
  • Deviljho
  • Savage Deviljho (Iceborne)
  • Radobaan
  • Urogaan
  • Barroth
  • Banbaro (Iceborne)
  • Glavenus (Iceborne)
  • Acidic Glavenus (Iceborne)
  • Brachydios (Iceborne)
  • Raging Brachydios (Iceborne)

Each monster species in the game doesn’t become too important until you need to complete a challenge or you are looking for specific parts. Weekly bounties are one example of tasks that require you to hunt a specific species like the brutes. And if you need an item like the Large Wyvern Gem, then the species can become important once again.

Luckily, Monster Hunter World has Field Guides that can be updated near the Gathering Hub or in your personal journal. Opening the Large Monster Field Guide will tell you exactly what type of species a monster is when you encounter it for the first time. You can use this resource to search for specific classes in the future or for when you need a certain monster part for your gear.

If brutes are giving you trouble, try throwing on the Rocksteady Mantle to stop their stuns in Monster Hunter World.
