The ninth week of the Year 6 Season 3 manhunt for Agent Kelso could stump players with another three riddles to decipher and activities to complete. Here are the Agent Kelso Scout 9 manhunt solutions in The Division 2.

Agent Kelso Scout 9 Manhunt Riddle 1 Solution

The prompt for the first activity is “Vljvu patrol in Jvuzapabapvu Ohss.”

The solution for the prompt is to complete three activities in the Constitution Hall region. The open-world activities that can pop up on the map include Hostage Situation, Public Execution, Propaganda Broadcast, Territory Control, Supply Drop, Resource Convoy, and Elite Patrols. Setting the Global Difficulty to Normal will help clear the activities faster.

Agent Kelso Scout 9 Manhunt Riddle 2 Solution

The hint for the second activity is “Ahrl down chsbhisll lultf target.”

The answer to the second riddle is to complete a Bounty in the Constitution Hall. Go to the Bounties tab on the map screen and activate a Bounty on any difficulty within the region. If none are available, complete a Public Execution or Hostage Situation within the region to get a random Bounty mission as a reward.

Agent Kelso Scout 9 Manhunt Riddle 3 Solution

The hint for the third activity is “Klzayvf lultf dlhrwvpuaz.”

The solution to the third activity is to destroy 20 enemy weakpoints. Weakpoints are physical items on some of the enemies themselves that can explode or be destroyed when shot enough. Some of the wearable items include gas tanks, foam tanks, battery packs, bomb vests, and giant pouches on legs. You will know if you are damaging these weakpoints when your hitmarker reticle turns a thick bright yellow.
