The prompt for the first activity is, â€œetanimilE valuable enemy .tsaE nwotnwoD in tegrat.”

The solution to the hint is to complete a Bounty in Downtown East. The Division 2 players can activate a Bounty on any difficulty under the Bounties tab on the map screen, travel to the region, and then defeat the boss enemy to complete the activity. If one is not readily available, then complete a Public Execution activity within the region to automatically drop a Bounty as a reward.

The hint for the second activity is, â€œ.tsaE nwotnwoD ni sksuT kcalB etanimilE.”

The answer to the second riddle is to eliminate 20 Black Tusk enemies in Downtown East. Unfortunately, the challenge could not be completed when it was first introduced because there were no activities with Black Tusk enemies in the region. The developer is aware of the issue and is planning a fix for March 18.

However, we do know the answer to the third riddle for Scout 3 thanks to datamining. The solution for the third riddle is to take over the Red Dragon control point. The Red Dragon control point is located in the northeast corner of the Downtown East region. Simply defeat all enemies and defend the point once the second riddle has been fixed to complete the Scout 3 riddles.
