EverQuest fans, take note. Your adventure is about to continue throughout the weekend.
Sony Online Entertainment announced that it will debut the details of its next chapter in the ongoing RPG series, EverQuest Next, this Friday during its SOE Live event. At 3PM EDT, SOE president John Smedley, director of development Dave Georgeson and other members of the development team will finally unveil info on the project. You’ll be able to see that on the official SOE Twitch channel.
Additional presentations will also take place throughout the weekend. That same day, at 8 PM EDT, a video presentation of EverQuest Next will show players just what kind of world they’ll be able to dive into. On Saturday, August 3rd, SOE specialists will talk about the classes within the game, and how they can be leveled up, with a follow-up show talking about the game’s lore. This will start at 4PM EDT, continuing on at 5PM.
Finally, on Sunday, you can tune in to a live Q&A session and writing panel for EverQuest, though a time hasn’t been announced. Visit the SOE Twitch programming line-up for more details.
