With The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt heading to Xbox One, PS4 and PC this summer, fans everywhere can’t wait to get back into the dangerous world of Gerald of Rivia. However, that won’t be the only adventure they’ll be able to take on.
CD Projekt Red, the developer behind the Witcher franchise, has teamed up with Fantasy Flight Games and acclaimed board game designer Ignacy Trzewiczek to create a new tabletop board game called The Witcher Adventure Game. In it, players will deal with a number of familiar characters from the game, while also dealing with exciting new scenarios.
There’s no word yet on a release date, but the board game will probably arrive around the same time as Wild Hunt. You can learn more about it at the official page, and check out the teaser video below.
One thing’s for sure – you definitely won’t be calling it a “bored” game.
