The next Fighter in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be revealed tomorrow in a three-minute Smash Direct. This announcement comes directly from the Nintendo Twitter account.

In less than 24 hours, we will know who the next fighter will be. The presentation will begin at 7 am PDT/10 am EDT. After the announcement, there will be a brief message from Director Masahiro Sakurai.

It’s been a few months now since the last Smash Ultimate fighter reveal, and fans have been eagerly awaiting the next addition to the roster. We’ve already seen some pretty crazy additions like Joker from Persona 5 and Banjo-Kazooie. Who could be next?

Some chatter around the internet believes it may be a good time for Crash Bandicoot to appear. Especially considering this announcement comes just the day before the release of Crash 4: It’s About Time.

Of course, no one truly knows what Sora Limited has planned for the Fighter’s Pass. It’s been pretty hard to predict what fighter it will be at any given time. Of course, players are shouting from the rooftops for characters like Goku, Sora, and Geno.

Every Smash character announcement is another chance for someone not to get the fighter they’ve been requesting. At this point, it’s pretty impossible to add every character fans ask for.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has a roster of over 80 characters already, and the second season of the Fighter’s Pass still has five more names to go. So always remember if the character you want doesn’t get announced tomorrow, there’s still hope.

You can tune into the Direct tomorrow right here. Sorry West Coast folks, for another early morning, but that’s just how it is sometimes.

We could speculate on a new character for days, but luckily we don’t have to! Tomorrow is going to be interesting, that’s for sure.
