Sony Announces Bid for Greatness Virtual Auction

In case you missed it, Sony kicked off a new gaming ad campaign titled “Greatness Awaits”, featuring a confident narrator walking through a game world while bits and pieces from other franchises dropped into play.

Now Sony wants you to invest in a little greatness of your own.  The publisher revealed a Bid For Greatness auction where you can snag items used in the commercial, ranging from Captain Kenway’s Cutlass to the Infected “Clicker” Costume from The Last of Us.

To take part, all you need to do is head to the official bidding site and input your PlayStation Network ID. From there, your Gold Trophies will be tallied and you’ll be able to bid on these items.  Don’t worry, you’ll be able to keep the Trophies.
