Runner 2 Adding “Good Friends” DLC on Steam This Week

Playing games with friends is always more fun, especially Good Friends.

Gaijin Games announced that it will bring additional characters to its fantastic platforming game Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien on Steam starting this Thursday, July 11th.  The characters are being announced throughout the week, but the first two have already been revealed.

First up is Raz, the main protagonist of the classic Double Fine adventure Psychonauts.  No doubt he’ll bring style to Gaijin’s breathtaking worlds. 

Also announced is Quote, the main star of the Cave Story series. If you need further incentive to watch these trailers, keep in mind they’re narrated by Charles Martinet, who also provides the voice for Runner 2.

Though the content is exclusive to Steam for now, Gaijin said it will be released for consoles “soon”.

Runner 2 is available now for PC/Steam, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii U.
