The publisher has announced that it will introduce a new level free of charge to all versions of the game, in the form of Neo Tokyo. Inspired by the anime classic Akira, the level will feature a classy neon design, as featured in the trailer below, as well as plenty of fast-paced action. It will be available on June 20th.

New cars will also be available for purchase starting July 18th, including a pair of classic vehicles from Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle-Cars, along with two Akira-inspired vehicles, the Masamune and the Esper. Prices haven’t been revealed yet, but they shouldn’t have too much of an impact on your wallet.

Check out the trailer and prepare for a neon-lit battle!
