Resident Evil 4 Gets a Release Date On Xbox One, PlayStation 4

The horror classic is creeping up on us, just in time for summer's end.

Resident Evil 4 has made quite a name for itself over the past few years on various consoles – including the GameCube, PS2 and Wii – and now it’s coming back for a new generation to enjoy.

Capcom has confirmed that the classic horror game will be re-released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, set to debut on August 30th. A price hasn’t been given yet, but it’ll likely be around $19.99, around the same area that the Resident Evil 5 and 6 re-releases sell for.

The game won’t be a remaster, but will recapture all the excitement we’ve come to expect from the old-school release. In addition, it will also include Ada’s side story, along with Mercenaries mode and a number of extra costumes.

Relive the excitement with the trailer below!
