Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart Announced for PS5

Ratchet and Clank is one of the most popular Playstation franchises with games spanning back to the PlayStation 2. The trend of Ratchet and Clank being a mainstay on the Sony gaming platform will be continuing with the PlayStation 5, as Insomniac Games and Sony revealed during the official PS5 reveal that the next entry in the franchise called Rift Apart will be coming to the next generation console.

The PS5 reveal show showed off an array of gameplay from Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart that showed our two heroes battling a treasure trove of enemies in typical fashion with wacky weapons and exciting moments. The gameplay also showed off the impressive graphics that will be at the forefront of Rift Apart. 

No official release date window was announced for the title so players will have to wait to see when they can expect to play what is sure to be one of the most highly anticipated games for the next-generation console.
