Psychonauts 2 is officially on the way for a 2019 release and to celebrate, the team is planning a huge demo during E3 2019. For the first time ever, fans can see the sequel with a brand new demo with none other than Jack Black and Tim Shafer bringing in the latest news.

The big demo will be taking place during the E3 Coliseum with Double Fine studio head Tim Schafer taking center stage alongside comedian-actor-musician-turned-videogame-streamer Jack Black. Black’s appearance is awesome, though not entirely unexpected! For those that played Brutal Legend, another title by Double Fine, Black worked on the previous title making his association with the studio even better.
Though we don’t have the exact details of what their panel will have to offer, it will be exciting for Psychonaut fans to see what’s next. Plus, it’s Jack Black, so the presentation is sure to be hilarious. Given that the sequel is also slated for a vague 2019 release, maybe we’ll also be getting a release date!
