Peaky Blinders: Mastermind has been revealed and this top-down strategy game aims to take what so many love about the hit TV series and make it into a new gaming experience for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC players to enjoy. Even better? It’s dropping this Summer!
Peaky Blinders, for those that may not know, is a huge TV series that’s popularity has skyrocketed thanks to its incredible narrative set in a post-World War time period in the UK. Peaky Blinders: Mastermind takes players on a new adventure as the story tells a tale of the renowned Shelby family in Birmingham and their adventures into the illegal. This story puts a spotlight on Tommy Shelby as the true leader of the Peaky Blinders, the spearhead when it comes to opposing the government and building an unstoppable empire.
FuturLab and Curve Digital will also allow players to get comfy with Tommy’s prowess when it comes to planning to set up and execute complex scenarios. As for the story, players will be able to take on this adventure as Tommy himself, Arthur, Polly and more, as they pull off one dastardly mission after the other.
Every character from the show offers something special in terms of abilities and which skills they bring to these ongoing schemes. Brawl it out, become a conniving mastermind, lockpick your way into any situation – the sky is the limit when it comes to transforming into this crime-addled family.
For those that are currently immersed in the show, Peaky Blinders: Mastermind is a prequel to the show’s events and was written in accordance with the show’s director, Steven Knight. It’s an exciting way to experience a fan favorite right now and while we don’t have an exact release date at this time, we do at least know it’s coming this Summer to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and the Nintendo Switch.
