Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack to Add Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis Games

These additions are coming as part of an “Expansion Pack” to the existing service.

Neither a release date nor a pricing scheme were announced, with a promise for more information in October. The implication is an added cost of course, and Nintendo mentioned existing NSO customers can upgrade their memberships without having to start a new subscription.
