As usual, there is nothing confirmed to be shown in the upcoming Nintendo Direct, but speculation is rife. With Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Detective Pikachu Returns, and the remake of Super Mario RPG still to be released this year, it is likely that Nintendo will feature these titles. There is little announced beyond these titles, so viewers may be privy to new information about the lineup for early 2024. Tune in to find out.

Nintendo has already had a banner year in 2023, with the release of games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom, Pikmin 4, Metroid Prime Remastered, and Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask. Rounding out the rest of its year shouldn’t be difficult, and the company aims to showcase what’s down the line for the Nintendo Switch. This direct comes amidst circulating rumors of the Nintendo Switch successor being shown off behind closed doors.
