Tyler “Ninja” Belvins has been at the forefront of merging the video game world with mainstream culture throughout his rise to becoming arguably the most famous content creator in the world. The latest example of this mainstream notoriety of Ninja came on Tuesday, August 27th when athletic apparel giant Adidas announced a new partnership with Ninja.
The news of the high-profile partnership between Adidas and the star streamer was revealed in a video Ninja posted to his Twitter account. Known as the “Time In” campaign, this new partnership between Ninja and Adidas looks to focus on the dedication and hard work it takes to rise to the top of a craft.
No shortcuts. Only long days. Never let anyone tell you that you can’t catch your dreams.
Choose your path. Put the TIME IN.
I’m humbled, and excited, to officially announce my partnership with @adidasoriginals

Unfortunately, the exact details of what the Adidas and Ninja partnership will entail were not revealed in the campaign’s official announcement. However, fans can likely expect to learn more about the blockbuster deal shortly.
Ninja has now become the first professional video game player to sign a deal with Adidas. The famous sports apparel company is not the first to sign a professional gamer to its ranks, as Nike had previously signed professional League of Legends player Jian “Uzi” Zihao.
