The stream revealed a bunch of different locations and characters while cutting between the gameplay. We saw driving, shooting, talking to NPCs, and some exploration.

You can check out the gameplay footage below.

Here’s the official description for Cyberpunk 2077:

“Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.”

It wasn’t anything revolutionary, but it was nice to see the game running on consoles finally. The Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 upgrades for the game won’t come until sometime next year, but the game still runs very nicely on the consoles.

The Xbox One X versions looked a little rough, but nothing that would render the game unplayable. When it comes to a game like Cyberpunk 2077, which is a visual feast, you’re going to want to run this on the best hardware you have.

It will be interesting to see what this game ends up being when it comes out on December 10 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Google Stadia.

The next Night City Wire episode is just two days from now on November 19. So be sure to check back here to see what is happening in the world of Cyberpunk.
