XCOM: Enemy Unknown is one of the season’s best sleeper games, a suspenseful mix of action and strategy that keeps even the best players on their toes. But that isn’t stopping players from running into small problems with the game, most noticeably getting their asses kicked in easy mode. But relax, the team at Firaxis Games is on the case.
The developer has announced that it’s working on a patch that will be released soon, which not only makes easy mode a little more tolerable to take, but also remedies the “abductor roof visibility problems” haunting certain levels of the game. It will also offer better multiplayer connectivity and solutions for hanging issues within the game – minor stuff, but it’ll all be fixed.
What’s more, the patch will cover all game platforms, including Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. So don’t worry, your alien killing will be able to continue like clockwork.
Be sure to check out XCOM: Enemy Unknown in stores now. You’ll be glad you did.
