New Skylanders and Call of Duty Games Due In 2014

Activision wants to keep its two hottest franchises going.

Ever since their initial debuts Call of Duty and Skylanders games have been coming at us on a yearly basis. This year’s iterations, Call of Duty: Ghosts and Skylanders: Swap Force, have already set huge sales records. So, it should come as no surprise that we’ll be getting new entries in each franchise sometime in 2014.

Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision, confirmed the news this morning during the company’s quarter earnings call. There’s no information on either game just yet, but we do know that Treyarch, working alongside Sledgehammer Games, are working on CoD.
