You’ve heard of Fatalities, now get ready for Friendships! The first Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath DLC trailer showed off that Friendships were making their hilarious comeback but now a new video from NetherRealm is here to show off a few never-before-seen moves. You know, in the name of Friendship. Here are some of the new Friendships seen in the latest Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath trailer.
The Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath DLC arrives on May 26th and comes bringing with it a new storyline, new characters, and even the infamous Robocop. That being said, it is also bringing those feel-good vibes after a brutal fight, instead showing off some much-needed levity. It also gave us a sneak peek at Mileena, a beloved character that has yet to return in 11’s roster.
At the 0.27 mark in the above video, you can see Mileena make her on-screen debut as part of Kitana’s Friendship reveal in conjunction with many more hilarious finishers for players to try out for themselves when the new DLC launches later this month.

As for what Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath has to offer, the new story expansion picks up right where the base game left off; Lui Kang and Raiden attempting to right the time-wrongs set by Kronika. Except, this is a move that isn’t popular with everyone and that’s when our pals Fujin and Nightwolf come to save (question mark) the day by stopping Kang from undoing previous tinkerings. NetherRealm has previous talked about what the continuation has to offer, saying “Shang Tsung explains that they were Kronika’s prisoners, released only upon her death, and they’ve come to stop Liu Kang from making a deadly mistake. During Liu Kang’s final battle with Kronika, he destroyed her Crown. If he tries to restart history without it, both the Hourglass and reality will be destroyed. All realms will be lost.”
Familiar and new stages alike are also on the way with Aftermath in addition to the highly anticipated Robocop inclusion as the latest ‘celebrity’ roster addition. The new journey beings on May 26th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch players.
