New Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Drops In A Creative Way

Ready for some new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay because that's exactly what we've got thanks to a recent livestream with CD Projekt RED.

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve seen new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay and with all major events canceled – or in the process of cancellation – due to COVID-19, we were wondering when CD Projekt RED would be willing to share more. Thankfully, today’s the day and this new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay footage is exactly what the underbelly, seedy doctor of Night City ordered.

One clever Redditor pieced together a plethora of footage from a Q&A video and the result is an amazing new gameplay look compiled into one enjoyable video! As with previous videos into Cyberpunk 2077, the collective project really shows how much attention to detail CD Projekt RED had when developing this tech-fueled RPG adventure and if you’re like us, you’re feeling stunning by the pure beauty of it, check out the video below:

This isn’t a cutscene, this is actual gameplay and unlike previous high-action videos of the past, this video lets us look deeper into the normal in-between moments and how character interact unfolds while also giving us an even closer look at the very-much fleshed out NPCs found within each alley, building, and even vehicle.

While this video is short, it wasn’t meant to be released all at once, so honestly, we’ll take what we can get at this point. That, and it really does offer a new insight into the adventure, which is refreshing from seeing the highly stylized action trailers that are usually the go-to videos of choice when it comes to new presentations.

CD Projekt RED has mentioned in the past that they were very thorough when it came to creating Night City. Every building is accessible, each NPC voiced, and worlds of crime-ridden organizations can be infiltrated. It’s no surprise, the Polish team did a phenomenal job when it came to weaving an intricate experience with The Witcher franchise and it looks like they will be doing so again with their take on the Cyberpunk universe that was first created as a tabletop experience.

May might house some Cyberpunk surprises as well with Xbox and PlayStation digital events planned for that month and the various digital showcases meant to replace the cancelled E3 and SDCC events. It will be interesting to see what else the studio chooses to show now the release date is set for September. Do they keep the rest quiet since the game was supposed to launch in March or do they reveal just a tad bit more to keep fans stoked? The choice is up to them and we are here for it either way.

As for the game itself, Cyberpunk 2077 arrives on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on September 17th!
