Even though Capcom’s forthcoming Monster Hunter 4 is still a ways off from release, you won’t have to wait long to slay the mighty beasts in a mythical world.
The company has announced today that they will be bringing the enhanced adventure Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate to the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS very soon. The game has a release date of March 19th here in the U.S., and three days later, the 22nd, in Europe. The game will feature tons of new creatures to take on, along with hundreds of weapons to unlock and grand areas to explore. The Wii U version will also come with USB keyboard support, in case you want to play that way.
And you won’t have to wait long to try it out, as Capcom also confirmed a free demo for the game, which will be available for both the 3DS and Wii U starting February 21st. No word yet if it’ll support cross-play, but at least online play should be an option, so you can gather your friends.
We’ll have more details on this game, as well as impressions of the demo, in the weeks ahead!
