Bioware and Electronic Arts continue to push Mass Effect 3 to its very limits, not only with incoming downloadable content but with weekend events that keep players glued to their screens as they try to complete missions and earn extra goodies.
The latest mission is Operation Exorcist which begins Friday at 6 PM PDT and ends on Monday, April 30th, at 5 AM PDT. During this time, you’ll be asked to help eradicate the universe of a million Cerberus Phantoms who are wreaking havoc throughout the galaxy. You’ll need to team up with your friends – or other allies – to bring them down and make the universe a peaceful place to live again.
You know, if you can.
The game will be supported through Xbox 360, PS3, and PC and features rewards for your efforts including a Commendation Pack for simply playing and a cool Victory Pack if you’re able to complete the mission.
