Sometimes we’re so busy playing and writing about video games that something excellent slips between the virtual cracks. That’s our excuse for missing this outstanding live action Shadow of Mordor video (published September 15), made by Corridor Digital Production with WB Games’ blessing.
Considering we were all over Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor when it debuted last fall, the fact that we never saw this expertly produced gore fest left us shaking our heads, but as the old saying goes, better late than never.
What makes this so incredible? Everything, from the costumes and scenic locations to the blood and music. Top notch stuff, and the sort of thing we’d love to see more of.
The video is nearly eight minutes long, but we urge you to watch the whole thing, at least until the credits roll.
