Killzone: Mercenary Closed Multiplayer Beta Starting Soon

Killzone: Shadow Fall for PlayStation 4 isn’t the only game making a sizable dent in the franchise this year. Sony and Guerrilla Games are also prepping Killzone: Mercenary, which will release on the PS Vita very soon.

Today, Sony announced the opportunity to sign up for an early closed multiplayer beta where you’ll be able to compete with others through a series of modes.  You’ll have access to a number of weapons, grenades, armor and special VAN-Guard devices, which you can customize through a series of load-out slots.  You’ll also be able to use your own approach within the game, whether you prefer the stealthy route or running into a room guns blazing.  Both are rather effective, so feel free to try them out.

Killzone: Mercenary will release on September 10th for PS Vita.
