Hitman: Absolution Pre-Order Sniper Challenge Available Through GameStop

Even though the developers at IO Interactive are set to reveal a major new addition to Hitman: Absolution later this week, we already know about one bonus item that’s sure to get you to pre-order the game from GameStop.

According to an ad featured in Game Informer magazine, this particular pre-order bonus is called The Sniper Challenge and it’s downloadable through both Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.  In this challenge, you’ll be able to take on at least one “replayable sniper mission” trying to score as many points as possible and competing with others through online leaderboards.  The highest scores from the game will then tie into a contest, with Square Enix promising “Awesome Prize Packages for Top Snipers.”

The Sniper Challenge is being offered as a pre-order bonus through GameStop and you’ll also be given a special sniper rifle, both downloadable once you pick up your copy of the game.  If you’re all about taking down enemies from afar, we suggest you head on over and get it reserved!
