On July 2, GT Academy 2013 will kick off with the launch of a new Gran Turismo 6 demo, which will be available at no charge on PlayStation Network.  All you’ll need to do is compete for the best qualifying times and try to advance to the National Finals, where you’ll have a chance to compete for a spot in the Silverstone race camp.  One winner for each country will be chosen in the competition.

The demo will include such playable Nissan cars as the Leaf, the 370Z and the GT-R, and will guide you through GT Academy-themed race camp before giving you a shot at the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit.  Anyone who plays the demo and submits a qualifying time will receive free bonus content when the game releases later this year.

We’ll have a first look at Gran Turismo 6 in the weeks ahead.
