Fortnite Season 9 Release Date and First Teaser Revealed

Fortnite season 9 is on the horizon, and Epic Games has begun the countdown.

Just like seasons from Fortnite past, Epic Games has begun teasing what’s next for the battle royale game with subtle teasers that make up a bigger picture ahead the current season’s official end. Fortnite season 9 will be kicking off on May 9th and the team has just dropped their first hint at what’s on the horizon:

After the big event that dropped earlier this week that allowed players to regain lost content – like the DrumGun – active players are definitely looking forward to what’s next. The responding were reactions were even better than the teaser, and it’s easy to see that fans of the battle royale title are eager to learn more:

Just like previous seasons, every day will drop a new teaser ahead of the actual launch date later this week. It’s not too late to wrap up any challenges or last-minute level ups before this season ends, so make sure to drop smartly because the beginning of the end is now.

Fortnite is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
