Scoped Revolver

After an in-game news announcement teased the arrival of the Scoped Revolver in Fortnite, fans have been eager to get their hands on the precise new weapon in today’s patch. The Scoped Revolver is available in Epic and Legendary variants, dealing between 42 and 44 damage per shot with medium ammo. Look for this new weapon in chests, supply drops, and anywhere regular loot is found.

Glider Redeploy Item

As we reported yesterday, Epic has re-implemented the glider redeploy feature in Fortnite, only this time the feature is available as an item called ‘Gliders’. These consumable items come with 10 charges, with each redeploy consuming one charge. You won’t consume a charge when jumping from a launch pad or falling from a Rift. You also don’t need to select the item to use it; simply jump while in mid-air to activate.

One Shot LTM

One Shot is a new limited time mode that has been added to Fortnite as part of the 7.20 patch update. This LTM features low gravity and low health, with snipers as the only weapon available. You can only heal if you have Bandages, so there’s still a bit of incentive to loot thoroughly before picking off your opponents in this mode.

Aside from the changes listed above, today’s patch also brought about a number of item changes, bug fixes, and gameplay adjustments in Fortnite. Various traps including Cozy Campfires, Launch Pads, and Mounted Turrets have had their floor loot chances increased and their Loot Llama chances decreased. Some rarity color changes have been made to items like Stink Bombs and Balloons, while projectile-based sniper rifles have been altered to match the trajectory of the Heavy Sniper Rifle.

This is certainly one of the biggest patch updates of Season 7.
