This Madden 15 image is the reason you own a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, or intend to buy one of these consoles before August 26th, the day EA Sports’ NFL-licensed game arrives in stores. Granted, we can’t tell whether San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick moves as realistically as he looks, but for now it doesn’t matter, because if the game looks this amazing, damn.
Diehard Kaepernick fans will point to the tattoos adorning his biceps and lifelike face. We, on the other hand, can’t help but focus on his jersey, which appears to crinkle and adjust to whatever direction he’s headed. Cloth often behaves rigidly in sports games. If it moves as it should, replays are about to get even more interesting.
With E3 2014 set to kick off next week, we expect plenty more from EA and Madden 15 in the days ahead.
