Over the past few months, we’ve seen the world of Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 2 expand in ways we couldn’t even imagine. They’ve introduced us to new characters and enemies while giving us the opportunity to level up and snag plenty of new weapons for our arsenal.
Though that ride will be coming to a conclusion with the release of the final piece of the downloadable content puzzle next month, it’s going out with a bang. Gearbox has confirmed that Tiny Tina’s Assault On Dragon Keep will be releasing on June 25th for 800 Microsoft points ($9.99) – or free with the Season Pass – and will be the biggest entry to date.
In this chapter, the homicidal Tina is playing a game similar to Dungeons and Dragons called Bunkers and Badasses. You’ll have to deal with her bunker commands while facing a group of vicious new enemies, including an enormous rock monster that looks as if he can take a whole lot of damage. (All the enemies in this chapter are new.)
The DLC will also introduce a new level cap to 61, in case you feel like leveling yourself up to the extreme.
Borderlands 2 is available now for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
