Dark Souls II Closed Beta This October

Namco Bandai put a lot of effort into Dark Souls II since its initial announcement, giving players all new ways to die as they fight their way through darkened dungeons. Today, the company revealed new info that’ll help you die sooner, albeit virtually.

A closed Dark Souls II beta will kick off in North America and Europe starting October 5th. Details were not provided, but tons of monsters and warriors seem like a safe bet. 

The company suggests fans visit the official Namco Bandai Facebook page starting September 5th to get more details on the registration process for the beta. 

Dark Souls II releases March 14th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
