If you do a lot of gaming on your phone using Apple Arcade and want to incorporate other Apple services like iCloud and Apple Music under a single payment plan, you may be interested in Apple One.
With Apple One, you can bundle a number of Apple services (including Apple Arcade) into a single payment plan.
Apple One Lets You Bundle Apple Arcade With Other Services
We spend money on subscriptions for just about everything these days from Xbox Game Pass to Disney+ and Spotify. Jumping into the mix, Apple announced a new all-in-one subscription service today called Apple One.
With Apple One, you can pay one monthly payment and enjoy a multitude of bundled services from Apple Arcade to Apple TV+ and iCloud.
Apple One has three tier options to choose from — Individual, Family, Premier — and Apple Arcade is included in all three of these tiers.
If you’re already paying for an Apple Arcade subscription, you may be interested in checking out some of the Apple One options as you can add things like iCloud storage and Apple Music.
To help give you an overview of the service, we’ve listed each Apple One tier below along with what each tier offers and how much each tier will cost you per month.
Apple One – Individual ($14.95 per month)
- Apple Arcade
- Apple Music
- Apple TV+
- 50GB of iCloud storage
Apple One – Family ($19.95 per month)
- Shareable with up to 6 family members
- Apple Arcade
- Apple Music
- Apple TV+
- 200GB of iCloud storage
Apple One – Premier ($29.95 per month)
- Shareable with up to 6 family members
- Apple Arcade
- Apple Music
- Apple TV+
- News+
- Fitness+
- 2TB of iCloud storage
As with family plans on other services, you can always ask family members to help you split the cost with the price coming in at around $3.33 per person if 6 people split the Family subscription, and $5 per person if 6 people split the Premier subscription.
Apple One will be available for use across a multitude of Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and iPod touch. It will be available later this Fall in 100+ countries and regions.
“The Premier plan will be available in Australia, Canada, the UK, and the US, where Apple News+ is available, and Apple Fitness+ will join later this year,” Apple notes in their Apple One announcement.
Apple also confirmed that if you pay for your Apple One subscription with an Apple Card, you’ll get 3% cash back, allowing you to save even more than the estimated $6 per month savings on the Individual plan, $8 per month savings on the Family plan, and $25 per month savings on the Premier plan.
If you’ve yet to check out Apple Arcade and are considering it, the service lets you play 100+ games ad-free and zero in-app purchases on iPhone, Mac, iPad, iPod Touch, and Apple TV.
Some of the games available on Apple Arcade right now include Sonic Racing, Overland, LEGO Brawls, Exit the Gungeon, Rayman Mini, Sayonara Wild Hearts, and What the Golf to name just a few.
Overall, it’s nice to have options like Apple One available, and we’re really happy to hear that Apple Arcade is being shown love in all of the different Apple One tiers.
