Apple Arcade Release Date and Subscription Cost Revealed

The release date and subscription cost for the highly anticipated Apple Arcade are now in the open.

Tuesday, September 10th saw the official release date, and subscription cost for the Apple Arcade service be revealed to the video game world.

Interested players will be able to begin experiencing everything Apple Arcade has to offer on Thursday, September 19th. The upcoming service will cost players a total of $4.99 for the entire family. 

The $4.99 subscription fee will grant players access to over 100 games across 150 countries and regions. According to Apple, during the service’s official presentation, subscribers will have access to a total of 150 games when the service launches on September 19th. Players will be able to enjoy all of the titles associated with the Apple Arcade across all of their devices from the tech giant. Game progress can be transferred from one device to another as well. 

One Apple Arcade subscription will grant access to the service’s vast library of games for up to six family members which means everyone will be able to get in on the fun.
