On social media, Build-A-Bear announced that an Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection is coming. When? We don’t know, but it’s coming.

According to Build-A-Bear Workshop, an Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection is coming. In the past, the company has had other gaming-related collections including an absolutely adorable Pokemon collection, and they seem to have done pretty well when it comes to sales.
Given the fact that Animal Crossing: New Horizons features a number of iconic characters that would look fantastic as a Build-A-Bear like Isabelle and Tom Nook (and the fact the series has cute bear characters like Stitches) a collection for Animal Crossing makes sense.
On social media, Build-A-Bear wrote:
“COMING SOON! Our Animal Crossing™: New Horizons collection is full of fun for all ages. Sign up for free email and text updates so you don’t miss a thing!”
They also provided two links, one for the US and one for the UK (as seen in the embedded tweet above), where you can sign up for email updates. Following that link, there’s another short description that reads:
“Get ready to create and customize with our new Animal Crossing™: New Horizons collection! Signing up for exclusive updates is the best way to get the island news. We’ll send you email announcements when our Animal Crossing™: New Horizons collection is available.”
