Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris – Unlocking character classes and EX skills

There are six character classes in Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris. Here's our guide on how you can unlock all of them.

Debuffer class/Ex skill

  • BUF: Sword Dance -> Howling of the Soldier -> Steel Will -> Thorn Artist -> Astral Training -> Debuffer node
  • Apply a total of 75 status effects on various enemies.
  • Hint: I believe these status effects are automatically applied anyway while you’re fighting opponents. Examples include “break” or “fatalized.”
  • Call to Norlangarth’s statue

Debuffer class statue location: Rivalier Forest – Waterside Camp Grounds

Once you spawn in the fast travel location, look around you and you’ll see a rock formation nearby. Start climbing and make your way around it.

You’ll eventually reach a point that’s overlooking the wooden bridge. Look below you and you’ll see a ledge.

Drop down that ledge and, just a short distance later, you’ll see an odd-looking cliff wall. That’s because some of these ledges are climbable.

You’ll eventually spot the statue when you’re done with your climb.

Interact with it to unlock the Debuffer class/Ex skill.
